Exercise: more than just a chore
I really need to start working out mornings. I went in today at around 11AM, tired, and slightly hung over from last night's festivities. I came out feeling like a new man! The hangover vanished, and I'm now filled with vim, vigor, and other v-sounding energy words. I also felt like I was able to lift more, and do more cardio in the morning. Usually, when working out in the evenings after work, I really didn't feel like being there, and I ended up doing a half-assed job, which basically translated into a worthless workout. Now that I'm transitioning from a 9-5 to freelance work (more on that later), I'm going to make an effort to work out when I wake up. It'll get my brain working, and my energy levels up.
